The route I used in this video: from Port Arthur, TX take Hwy 73 W to Hwy 124 all the way south to the Gulf Coast and then Hwy 87 all the way west to Port Bolivar (the westernmostpoint of Bolivar Peninsula), extremely beautiful area, where you see TRADITIONAL America (my own personal opinion), obviously you need a sunny day to enjoy the whole drive... and no freakin' hurricanes cause you drive 100 ft from the very warm waters of Gulf of Mexico. Then take the ferry, FREE, ~1 hr ride, to Galveston Island and then City of Galveston, TX. Next video is all about Galveston as a major tourist attraction. Enjoy the ride. Music played on satellite radio. At 5:59 I almost dropped the camera, that damn freakin' ferry horn, should be perfect to have it on your car when you drive behind left-lane IMPOSTORS, right? At 8:27 a couple of dolphins enjoying the freedoms of the world they live in, Texas, USA, one of the best states in the Union. 2012 Rick Perry for US President. WE ALL NEED A HOLIDAY, RIGHT?
